On adding an item to basket, you will be asked to select the region / county where you want your goods to be delivered to. This is used to calculate shipping charges as some more remote areas such as some areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland will incur slightly higher costs.

Standard Delivery (2 to 5 working days)

Orders will be shipped with a next day carrier within 2-5 working days of your order being placed.All orders to remote areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland are charged at £19.95. To see which delivery area your order is within, please add your items to basket and select the region / county, to calculate final shipping charges.


European Delivery

We are now offering a delivery service to most of Europe. Please see below for details. This covers most orders up to 5kg. If your order does not fit these requirements we may ask for an additional delivery charge. Please note that Live and Frozen foods as well as some larger glass items cannot be delivered outside the UK.

Delivery and Returns

All orders shipped by us, require a signature on delivery, this is an agreement by yourselves that your order was received by you. Although we state estimated delivery times on our website, at times we may not have a product in stock. If we expect your order to reach you after the estimated delivery period (typically 2-5 working days for standard delivery), we will contact you, at which time you may decide to cancel your order at no cost. If we are unable to ship your order through next day delivery we will inform you at the earliest possible opportunity and will only charge you our standard shipping charge.

If you would like to return your order, and the items are in an unused, acceptable condition which includes full undamaged packaging, you must contact us within 48 hours, preferably via telephone. As already outlined, returns of this nature will incur additional charges.

If you return your order, due to product fault or other problems encountered (not as a result of misuse), you must contact us to arrange return. We will then arrange a replacement, repair or an alternative product. If we can see evidence of misuse of a product you will be made liable for any shipping costs and will be invoiced for these costs.


Perishable goods (Frozen,Live food & glass items)

Our carriers have authorisation to leave perishable food/goods in a safe place without a signature, if you as a customer do not agree to this please make us aware in the special instructions section at checkout by stating goods must be signed for.
All perishable goods including frozen food, Live Food & glass items are shipped at your own risk we do not accept any responsibilty for items received damaged, dead (live food) or defrosted or delivered late.
